This policy covers this site only. HackerNoon’s main site and other products are covered by HackerNoon’s Privacy Policy, which describes accounts, newsletters and other services this directory does not have.

This site has no user accounts and no login. It sets no cookies of its own. It runs no analytics, tag manager, advertising or tracking scripts. It has no contact form, newsletter signup or comment system. It does not use browser storage, and it does not attempt to fingerprint or identify you.

Because none of that exists, there is no profile of you here to access, export or delete.

Searching and filtering happen entirely in your browser against data already downloaded with the page. What you type is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and no record of it exists anywhere.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel’s servers automatically record technical details of requests — typically IP address, user-agent string, requested URL and timestamp — for security, abuse prevention and operation of the service. This is standard server logging and is not used by us to build profiles or track individuals across sites.

That processing is governed by Vercel’s Privacy Policy. Where it involves personal data, our basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available.

Every model links out to a third party, such as Hugging Face, OpenRouter, Ollama or a provider’s own documentation. Once you follow a link, that site’s privacy policy applies, and it may set cookies or collect data in ways this site does not. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, what happens there.

The directory contains metadata about machine learning models — names, sizes, licences, download counts — retrieved from public APIs. Where that includes an individual’s name, it is because they publish models publicly under that name on the source platform, and we reproduce only what is already public there.

If you maintain a listed model and want its entry corrected or removed, email [email protected] and we will act on it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the CCPA to access, correct, delete or port personal data held about you, to object to processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority.

In practice we hold no personal data about visitors to this site beyond the hosting logs described above, so there is usually nothing to retrieve. You are welcome to ask, and we will respond. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have never done so.

This is a technical reference site, not directed at children, and we knowingly collect no personal data from anyone, including children under 13.

If the site gains a feature that changes any of this — analytics, for example, or anything that accepts input — we will update this policy and the date at the top before that feature goes live.
